Delivery time and shipping costs

However, we are not always able to achieve this, sometimes products are out of stock and delivery of your order may take a little longer. The product page contains an indication of the delivery time. If, for whatever reason, we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

Orders in Europe placed with Stonersmedstore before 5:00 PM will be ship the next working day. UPS and USPS ensures safe and fast delivery. If you spend more than €300 in our Store, shipping within Europe is free.
Discreet and anonymous packaging
Our products are packaged discreetly and anonymously, so that no one can see what you have ordered. Only your delivery address is on the outside of the package.
Delivery of your orders
To receive your order, you must be at home on the delivery day. If you are not at home, the order will be resubmitted several times, depending on the carrier. If you are still not at home, the delivery person will try to deliver it to the neighbors or take it to a nearby collection point. The delivery person always lets you know where your package is via a note.
Stonersmedstore takes care of delivery to the collection point, after which it is your responsibility to collect it. Delivery usually takes place from Tuesday to Saturday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. We cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to dependence on the carrier.
